Class is held once a week. CSA approved hockey helmets are mandatory. This program is intended for beginners.
Each skater is placed in a group and receives instruction and supervision from a professional coach as well as qualified program assistants. Skaters progress at their own rate, and upon completion of this course, the skater will proceed to the Canskate or Pre-Power level.
