Since 1987, Teresa Hager has been teaching skaters of all ages, from as small as 2 years to mature students in their 50’s.
A seasoned coach with experience working in small and large communities, Teresa has been a leader in many recreational and competitive skating camps, with ability to instruct all disciplines. She shares a great passion for the sport and art of ice skating, and for seeing skaters develop as students, athletes and individuals.
Her coaching philosophy is founded in the belief that whether young or adult, recreational or competitive, short or long term, there is always something to be gained from pursuing an activity that can challenge and change you.
